First of all, welcome to HC Klein Zwitserland! Nice that you are interested in becoming a member. 

How nice that you are thinking about becoming a member or registering someone from your family as a member.

Would you like to register as a youth member for the 2024-2025 hockey season? You can! 

Are you studying in The Hague and keen on picking up or trying out field field hockey? Don't look any further!

Trimhockey is TOP! On both Tuesday and Thursday evenings an enthusiastic group of Trimmers can be found on the fields of Klein Zwitserland.

There are different types of memberships within HCKZ. Below you will find a brief explanation. 

The age limits for the 2023-2024 season are set as follows, based on the KNHB standards: Date format (DDMMYYYY)

How nice that you are a member at HCKZ and sorry that you are thinking about terminating your membership.

1. At the top right of the site are icons, click on the leftmost icon to log in. 

2.At 'Email / User' enter the email address under which you (or your child) are known to the membership administration (this is the email address where you also receive the newsletters

3. Is this your first time logging in? Then click on 'forgot your password'.

4. Within 5 minutes you will receive a temporary password at the entered email address

5. in the email address and the temporary password again at 'email / user

6. Click on log in ... You will now be asked to enter the temporary password and a new password twice (password of your own choice consisting of 6 characters with at least 2 numbers).

7. Click on 'save' and log out.

8. You can now log in with your email address and your new password.

9. You now also have access to the secure part of the website (e.g. My Teams)

Logging in doesn't work, what now?

If you have not received an email within 5 minutes, HCKZ probably has no or an incorrect/ different email address. That means you need to have your email address entered/changed before you can log in the 1st time. What to do:

1. Email your first name, last name, address, date of birth and your correct email address to ledenadministratie@kleinzwitserland.nl
2. The membership administration will process/change the email address in the administration.
3. As soon as this is processed you will receive an automatic message and you will be able to login to 'MY HCKZ' again (see 1st time login).
