Types of memberships

There are different types of memberships within HCKZ. Below you will find a brief explanation.

The costs per membership can be found in the contribution scheme

Young senior member

18 to 24 years of age.  In 2019 the KZ Studs were introduced, who fall under the young seniors. If you would like to join a student team, please contact senioren@kleinzwitserland.nl or kzstuds@kleinzwitserland.nl. Young seniors do not pay a registration fee. League matches are played on Sundays.

Stray member

Ages 25+. You participate in training sessions and are allowed to play seven league matches per season. Stray members do not pay a registration fee.

Field Hockey buddies (hockeymaatje)

For children in special education and children with a (mild mental) disability. Does not include playing league matches. Training sessions on Sunday mornings.

Junior and mini members

All new youth members pay a one-off registration fee. League matches are played on Saturdays. The amount of the contribution depends on the age and level you play in.

Hokkiebokkies

As a Hokkiebokkie you are part of the minis. You start playing hockey with the Hokkiebokkies. You can start if you turn 6 before September 30th of the season. Training is once a week, on Wednesday afternoon and there are no league matches yet. After the winter break, internal matches are played on Sunday mornings, the so-called Bokkiebattles.

Baby member

Baby members are those who have been registered as baby members within five months after their birth. Baby members have at least one parent and/or brother/sister who is a member of KZ.

Training member

Training members only train and do not play league matches. Becoming a training member is only possible at the senior level. There is no registration fee.

Trim hockey member

Trim hockey members are seniors who often have some field hockey experience (it is not required), but do not want to play competitive field hockey. They play an occasional game against trim hockey players from other associations. There is one joint training session each week in the evening. Trim hockey members do not pay a registration fee.

Non-playing members

If you don't want to or can't play hockey, but you still want to become a member, you can apply as a non-playing member.

Donor

As a donor you support the club, but you are not a member of the club and you are not entitled to vote at an ALV.
