Termination of your HCKZ membership is only possible online.

Through the website you log in via 'my HCKZ - How do I log in?' or you go to the profile sign (left of the search function) and at your personal data there is a button 'end membership'.

If several family members are registered under the same email address, please make sure that you cancel for the right person, by selecting them first. A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent; no confirmation means that no cancellation has been received. Also check your junk mail folder if you haven't received anything.

You are a member of the HCKZ network for life. We therefore kindly ask you to check the box on the cancellation form to give us permission to keep your data in the member administration. Then we can send you information about e.g. a reunion, lustrum or an annual newsletter and you will stay connected to our beautiful club without any obligation.

Youth members

Cancelling for the new field hockey season is always free of charge before May 1st of the current field hockey season.

Cancellations 

• If you cancel before May 1st, no contribution is due. 
• When you cancel after May 1st, but before June 15, 50% of the contribution is due. 
• When you cancel after June 15th, 100% of the membership fee is due.

Juniors who cancel their membership in the season of acceptance, but before May 1, may request a refund of € 75.

Senior members

Canceling for the new field hockey season is always free of charge until mid-June of the current field hockey season. Not sure? Think carefully before you cancel. If you cancel and want to become a member again for the next season, we will charge you € 25 administration costs to re-enter your direct debit and to process your data.

Don't forget to also inform your captain about your resignation because it is essential for the upcoming season.  Of course you can always contact the senior board member or someone from the senior committee if you have any questions at senioren@kleinzwitserland.nl.
