Ik ben Nico Keenan and I’m 21 years old! I live in The Hague with Douwe, Enzo and Nico2 (‘Leo’) ... I’m from Argentina.

What is your favorite position?
If you mean the hockey part, I’ll say playing as a links achter😅

What are your previous clubs and why did you come to KZ?
I have played in two clubs before KZ, the first one is Muni (Argentina) where I started to play hockey and Club Egara (Barcelona) where I played most of my youth, I love both of them. After two long years getting ready for a tournament with the national team under 21, I needed to experience something new and I decided to go abroad and try to play in the best league of the world, when Carlos contacted me I was really happy!

Is there something typically Dutch that you take with you for the rest of your life?
Natuurlijk!!! Bitterballen!!😍#iamfat

What are your hobbies besides hockey?
Food, Netflix and Dutch lessons.

Do you have tattoos? Do they have a meaning?
Yes, I have a few tattoos, 5 to be exact... Feel free to invite me for a coffee and I will explain you all!

How is the relationship with the team?
Heel gezellig! They are always welcome at our home for a good meal!

If you could change the KZ uniform. What would it look like?
I would put something pink, then it will match with my stick💕🎀#pinkpower #Reves

What can make you angry? And what makes you happy?
I get angry with myself when I can’t make expectations true in something I’m doing.

You can make me happy really easily. Just a nice person, good food, good music...

Which superhero power would you like and why?
Telestransport to visit my family more often.

From everyone in this world, who would you like to have dinner with?
My opa and oma, very important people to me.

If you can change something about the team. What would it be?
Getting around more with dames 1! Some guys from the team have a lot of questions for you all😏

Tell me.. Who is Bella? Age? Place? Patrick?
I’m Bella Goudkamp and I am 20 years old. I’m a spits!! But sometimes I also play in the midfield. I have a boyfriend who played in Heren 1 two years ago. And now is playing for Heren 2. We actually met on TD 💃 💃 💃. His dance moves made me fell in love.

Right now what is a song you are listening to 100 times a day?
Always listening to old soul, jazz. Not a specific song at the moment. I hate top 40.

Do you have any superstition?
Not really, but I used to have one like 10 years ago. I used to have such a mandarin peel in my sock because I thought it would bring luck during the game. I used the same peel for 2 years…

Which things are on top of your bucket list?
Well I actually did some of my bucket list last winter. I jumped of the highest bungee which is 220 meters in South-Africa. I have been in a shark cage with white sharks and all different kind of sharks around me. Had safari in an open jeep. IT WAS AMAZINGGGG. I never been skydiving, I think that is on top of my bucket list... #cliche, and what I also really want to do is camp for a long time in the forests of Canada.

Tell us more about your switch from HDM to KZ?
Ughh... Well, I always played at HDM my whole life. And there were a lot of girls that played in the national youth teams that came to HDM. So, some girls who didn’t make the national team they had to go to a lower team. I had several times selection for the national youth teams, but I always was either too young or too little, so I didn’t make it. I was playing in MC1 but had to move to MC3. All my friends from school they played at KZ. I thought that maybe playing hockey with my friends was better for me. And KZ was happy to have me so I came in MC1 of KZ!! And it is the best choice I ever made. I love KZ.

In which TV show/program would you participate?
I think I would be the sun in Teletubbies.

How does your morning look like before a match?
I wake up at 8/8.30, take a cup of tea. It’ll depend on the weather, but I usually go for a walk through the dunes to the beach. When I come back, I’m having breakfast. Then I get changed and chill for a bit and go to KZ.

Which girl of Dames 1 do you think would be the perfect match for a guy from Heren1?
Waarom?
Marsha with anyone. It doesn’t matter because she’s a keeper. 😏
